The 30-Day Policy Window
Your return window remains active for 30 days starting from the exact calendar date your shipment is marked delivered. To qualify for a return process, items must be in original mint condition: completely unopened, fully factory-sealed, unused, and completely inside the native packaging with pristine security wrap untouched.
Initiating Your Return Request
To request a return authorization, please contact our support desk directly via email at contactsupport@BoxBurst. Please supply your active order number along with high-definition photos showing the untampered state of the sealed packaging. Approved returns will be issued an official return cargo label alongside detailed routing instructions.
Damaged Packages & Collectible Exclusions
Please audit your parcel arrival instantly upon receipt. If you encounter incorrect components, structural defects, or extreme shipping damages, message us immediately. Due to immediate market price adjustments and variance in raw trading card valuations, items cannot be returned under any circumstance once the clear shrink-wrap, box seals, or security tape have been breached.
Refund Processing Pipeline
As soon as your returned box reaches our verification facility, we perform a condition assessment and issue an approval confirmation message. Verified refunds are immediately initiated right back to the original source card or account. The credit balance standardly post-processes within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution's processing cadence.

We work to ship your high-end trading cards under optimal, cushioned transport protocols. All shipments within the United States respect the following operational timelines:
